How to turn off automatic app updates - iOs

From an iPad or iPhone 

Tap into the Settings icon 

Scroll to the App Store option on the left side and tap

Under the Automatic Downloads section, turn off the toggle next to App Updates 

The tab will no longer appear green indicating automatic app updates have been disabled
