Your company is responsible for purchasing all required iOS Devices. We do not provide an option to rent or lease an iPad from us.
Inspect Point can be installed from the App Store on iPads, iPhones, and Mac devices running M1 or M2 processors. In order to meet Apple's guidelines, Inspect Point can only run on devices with modern versions of Apple's iOS Operating System.
iOS Version
We recommend using the newest iOS version as it contains all of Apple's latest bug and security fixes. Each year this requirement may change based on Apple’s updated requirements.
Minimum Supported iOS Version: 14.0 (Rel. 9/16/2021)
Supported iOS Version: 17.*
Recommended Disk Space
Inspect Point is disk-space-intensive due to the number of photos captured during inspections. Requirements may vary for organizations based on how many inspections technicians do and how many photos are taken per inspection.
Recommended Disk Size: 128GB
It is recommended that technicians delete old inspections regularly through tools provided on the iPad to minimize wasted space. Inspect Point warns users when disk space is low.
