Creating Inspections
To create an inspection from the mobile app, tap the + icon, followed by Inspection (New Experience). From here, you can create the building if the customer doesn't exist in your instance or search for the existing building name and/or address.
First Time
- Select Inspection (New Experience)
- + Add Building: enter the building name and address information and save
- Add Inspection Details: select the frequency, scheduled date, assets
- Tap Continue and adjust the quantity of the groups (if applicable)
- Complete: Your inspection has been created, and you will now see it in your inspection list
Returning
- Select Inspection (New Experience)
- Search for the building name or address and select the location
- Add Inspection Details: select the frequency, scheduled date, assets
- Tap Continue and adjust the quantity of the groups (if applicable)
- Complete: Your inspection has been created, and you will now see it in your inspection list
Notes:
- This feature must be enabled; please have an admin contact your Customer Success Manager to enable it.
- Inspection items, systems, assets, etc., can be added to the inspection once it has been created - How to add inspection items in the field
