Important:
- To save or submit an inspection on the mobile app, technicians must have an active connection to either mobile data or Wi-Fi.
- Inspection data is stored locally on the device it was started on until it is explicitly saved or submitted.
- The app does not include an auto-save feature.
- This means that any unsaved or unsubmitted data cannot be recovered if the device is lost, damaged, or otherwise becomes inaccessible (e.g., "My iPad fell off the truck when I drove away").
Save:
This feature enables technicians to save progress on an inspection without fully submitting it. This is ideal for jobs that span multiple days. By tapping the Save icon, all work completed during the inspection so far—such as answers, notes, photos, and deficiencies—is saved and synced to the backend system. Please note, that you must be connected to data or wifi to save.
Submitting Inspections:
To complete a job, technicians must submit the inspection to the backend system. Before submitting, consider the following:
- Is it a single or multi-technician inspection?
- What is the strength of your device’s data or Wi-Fi connection?
Single Technician Inspections:
Once the inspection is complete, it can be submitted at any time. Follow these steps:
- Tap Review in the upper-right corner.
- Gather any required signatures.
- Tap Complete & Submit.
- A pop-up will appear with two options: Send to Office or Queue for Later.
Send to Office
- Choose this option if your device has a strong data or Wi-Fi connection.
- The submission process will begin immediately, and you can track its progress with the submission tracker.
- Once the submission is complete:
- The inspection will appear in the Completed tab on the mobile app.
- It will also show as "Waiting for Review" in the backend.
Queue for Later
- Select this option if you are in an area with weak or unreliable connectivity.
- This will save the work and add the inspection to a Queue for submission once a stable connection is available.
Submitting Inspections from the Queue
- Navigate to the Home page of the mobile app.
- Tap the Queue option at the bottom left of the job list.
- From the Queue, you can:
- Submit individual inspections by tapping the cloud icon.
- Submit all queued inspections at once.

Submitting multi-technician inspections involves additional steps to ensure proper coordination. It’s important that you follow these guidelines:
