How to save an inspection

Please Note: This feature is ideal for technicians who are performing multi-day inspections. It is recommended that you save at the end of each day so information is sent to the backend. The status will not change when you save. It will only change in the backend when the inspection is sent to the office via the Send to Office and Mark Complete button. You must be connected to WiFi or Data to save. 

To save an inspection, and keep in the Started status in the backend, tap the disc icon in the upper left of the iPad

>>> The inspection has now been saved and inspection information has been sent to the backend of Inspect Point

In the backend, the inspection is still in the Started status and will remain in that status until the inspection is submitted back.
