A Failed to Send message could be many things - were adjustments made to an inspection in the backend (after it was started)? Did you experience a disruption of internet connection? Was the app closed prior to the complete submission? Are you logged in a multiple iPads with the same credentials.?
If you receive an error message in the field, the first thing you should do is call the office and ask if the inspection information was received. If it was, and your inspection says Failed to Send, and still appears in the Scheduled column
Swipe left on the inspection until you see a blue box the says "Mark Complete"
Tap "Mark Complete" and the inspection will move from the Scheduled column to the Completed Column
