How to Pre-Fill Previous Inspection Information/Results on California AES Forms

📋 Overview

You can pre-fill previously completed inspection information directly into California AES forms to save time and maintain consistency across inspections.

This feature allows you to pull data from a prior AES California inspection, even if the current inspection is not part of an Inspection Series.

⚠️ Important

A Wi-Fi or cellular data connection is required to pre-fill a form. The system must be able to retrieve data from previous inspections.

📍 How to Pre-Fill an AES Form

1. Open the inspection
2. Tap into the AES form or add one in the field

3. Tap the Download icon in the upper right
4. Select the inspection date you want to pull from 
5. Tap Next
6. Select the applicable previous form
   • Always select the most recent inspection for the most accurate data.
7. Tap Fill Form
   • The form will populate with data from the selected inspection.
