In the Resolution Status drop-down inside the Deficiencies screen, all users see the following default resolution statuses:
- New - This is automatically applied every time a new deficiency is identified and sent back from the field (Please Note: This is not applied to a deficiency if it being linked to an existing deficiency)
- Waiting for Quote - This is a manual status, meaning a backend user must place the deficiency in this status
- Out for Quote - This status is automatically applied to the deficiency if it added to a proposal.
- Quote Accepted - This status is automatically applied to the deficiency if the contact submits the proposal back back as accepted. (Please Note: The deficiency must have been added to a proposal for this to automatically happen)
- Quote Rejected: This status is automatically applied to the deficiency if the contact submits the proposal back back as declined. (Please Note: The deficiency must have been added to a proposal for this to automatically happen)
- Fixed - This is a manual status, meaning a backend user or technician must place the deficiency in this status and mark it resolved.
