How to view and resolve deficiencies on the iPad

From the Inspection Listing Screen, locate and tap the building you'd like to inspect

>>> The inspection will turn gray and the inspection details will appear to the right

Tap Inspect in the upper right of the screen to start the inspection

In the upper left of the screen tap the triangle icon

>>> You will now see any open deficiencies associated with this building - along with the question text and the date the deficiency was identified

Tap 'Details' on the deficiency you'd like to resolve

>>> A popup box will appear on the screen

Here you can: 

• Set the deficiency status
• Mark the deficiency resolved
• Set a resolution status
• Provide a resolution note

When done, tap Save in the upper right of the pop-up

>>> You will be redirected back to the Deficiency Listing Screen where you will see the Resolution Status listed

>>> Repeat the process outlined above to resolve additional deficiencies

Click Close in the upper-left of the screen to return to the inspection
