When scheduling or dispatching an inspection or service visit, it can be helpful to have key details quickly and easily accessible.
While on either the Calendar or Scheduler page, click on the visit to open a pop-up that displays helpful information such as:
- Building address
- Inspection details, including:
- Frequency
- What’s being inspected (Systems & Assets_
- Internal notes
- Contact information (Note: This will display the report contact. If there is no report contact assigned, the last edited contact will display.)
- Status
- Assigned technician
- Scheduled date
- Scheduled time
- Duration
From this pop-up, you can:
- Click into the page for the associated inspection or work order, or building, by clicking “View details”
- Edit the assigned technician, scheduled date, scheduled time or duration, by making changes and then pressing “Save.”
