📄 Proposal Templates
Proposal Templates allow you to create pre-built proposal structures your team can reuse. Templates save time, ensure consistency, and reduce repetitive setup across similar proposal types.
You can:
- Create templates from scratch in your settings
- Convert an existing proposal into a template
- Select a template when creating a new proposal
⭐️ Create a Proposal Template (Page 1)
- Go to Settings → Proposals → Proposal Templates.
- Click + New Template
- This opens Page 1 of the template creation process.
- Enter the Template Name.
- The Active checkbox is selected by default.
- Uncheck this if you want the template to be inactive.
- You can update this at any time within the Template settings (activate or deactivate as needed).
- Choose a Proposal Type (optional)
- This dropdown pulls from the Proposal Types you’ve created.
- Click Create Template to continue to the next steps.
You will be brought into the full template editor, where you will complete the remaining sections.
