Inspect Point tracks all activity on a proposal so you can see when it was created, updated, sent, viewed, or accepted. This allows you to review changes, confirm statuses, and maintain a clear record for your team.
Viewing Proposal History
- From the Proposals tab, click on the proposal number you’d like to review.
- Scroll down to the Proposal History section.
- Here, you’ll see a list of activities including:
- Activity type (e.g. Status Changes - Sent, Viewed, Accepted, Reviewed)
- Backend User (if applicable)
- Details (such as acceptance notes and recipient email address)
- Timestamp of the activity

Tip: Click View complete activity feed to access a more detailed log.
Using the Activity Feed
The Activity tab provides a detailed breakdown of all updates to a proposal.
- Click View complete activity feed or Activity on the top of the page.
- Scroll to view all the updates. Use the filters on the right to filter by update type.
- Click Show details for more information about a specific update.
- You can also add notes directly in the Activity tab. Notes will appear in both the Activity feed and the Proposal History section, making them visible for you and other team members later.
