How to create a deficiency in the backend

Once the inspection has been sent to the backend, head to the inspection detail screen

From here, select the number of answers

Find the question, and select the question ID 

Select the 'Edit Answer' option

Here, you can change the answer and/or create a deficiency

Select 'Create Deficiency'

A green success bar will appear indicating you've successfully created the deficiency 

Once you've created all necessary deficiencies, regenerate the report so all changes reflect accordingly
