How to create a proposal for a building not inside your instance

If you'd like to create a proposal, for a site that is not listed inside of you instance, head to the Proposals tab, and hit + New Proposal

Fill out the beginning of proposals as you normally would, but when you get to the Buildings portion, hit Add Building

Fill out the building details, and select Just Add to Proposal

You will now see the building name and address on the proposal

Finish filling out the proposal as you normally would and send to the appropriate contact
