To reset your backend password, head to the initial login screen for you instance: (companycode.inspectpoint.com)
From the login page, select the 'I forgot my password' option
Enter the email address you used to signup for your instance then 'Send me!'
In a few moments, you will receive an email with instructions on how to reset your password

Open the email, and select to change your password
You will be redirected to the password reset screen where you will be asked to create and confirm your new password
A green success-bar will appear indicating you've successfully changed your password
