Once the integration has been enabled in your Inspect Point instance, you will connect your Inspect Point account to The Compliance Engine so buildings, technicians, and reports can sync between the two systems.
Before you connect the systems, have your TCE login credentials ready as you will need to enter this information in the settings.
🔗 Connect Inspect Point to TCE
Follow the steps below to connect your Inspect Point account to The Compliance Engine (TCE).
Step 1 — Open the TCE integration settings
Go to Settings and select The Compliance Engine (TCE) under Integrations.
The TCE Settings page displays your integration connection status and options for managing the connection.
Step 2 — Set up the connection
Select Setup Connection. You’ll be redirected to TCE, where you’ll log in using your TCE credentials.
Once authenticated, you’ll be redirected back to the TCE Settings page in Inspect Point.
Step 3 — Verify the connection
Confirm that the TCE Settings page shows the integration as connected.
Note: The TCE integration uses OAuth authentication and automatically refreshes the connection token as needed. In most cases, no action is required to maintain the connection. If necessary, you can manually refresh the connection from the TCE Settings page.
