- Caught (Blue) β total issues flagged by AI
- Resolved (Green) β issues corrected by technicians
- Escaped (Red) β issues not addressed
Use this to understand trends:
- Are more issues being resolved over time?
- Are issues being ignored or slipping through?
π Key Metrics
These summary cards provide a quick snapshot of performance:
- Total Existing Issues β total issues currently in the system
- Total Open Issues β issues still awaiting action
- Avg Processing Time β how long it takes to review issues

βοΈ Dismissed vs Resolved by Issue Type
This view compares how each issue type is handled:

- Which are dismissed
This is critical for identifying noise:

- If it's consistently resolved, it's likely providing real value
π€ Tech Performance Tab
The Tech Performance tab helps you understand how individual technicians are interacting with the Inspection Assistant.
π Technician Performance Table
This table gives a roster view of each technician β their issues flagged, resolution rate, top issue type, resubmissions, and a coaching priority status.
