π§ Reviewing AI-Flagged Issues
The Inspection Assistant tab displays an Issues table which provides a structured view of all AI-flagged issues for the inspection.Β
Each row represents a single issue identified by the AI.
π Understanding the Table Columns
This table is designed to help users efficiently review, filter, and take action on issues at scale.
| Column | Description |
|---|---|
| Issue Type | Category of issue identified by AI (e.g., Unanswered Question, Missing Signature) |
| Issue Status | Current review status (e.g., Correction Suggested) |
| Question / Context | Inspection section and question text (hover to view full content) |
| Device Info | Device type, ID, Unique ID, and name (hover for full details) |
| Impact | Priority level (High or Low) |
π½ Sorting the Table
Click any of the sortable column header to sort results. Click again to toggle ascending or descending order.
Sortable columns include:
- Issue Type
- Issue Status
- Device Information
- Impact
π‘ Recommended: Sort by Impact to review high-priority issues first.
π Applying Filters
Use filters to narrow down the list of issues:
- Issue Type β multi-select
- Status β multi-select
- Device Type β multi-select
- Impact β single-select (High or Low)
- Text Search β keyword search (auto-updates)
𧩠Grouping Issues (Optional)
Use the Group By option to organize issues into sections:
- None
- Issue Type

π‘ Recommended workflow: Group by Impact, then filter by Issue Type within each group.
π Opening an Issue
Click any row in the table to open the issue detail panel.
From here, you can:
- View the full issue description
- See status indicators
- Take action on the issue
Available Actions:Β
Suggest Correction β Send selected issues back to the technician
Dismiss β Mark selected issues as not requiring changes
Undo β Reopen previously resolved or dismissed issues
For each issue, you can take individual action. Once action has been taken, click Close to return to the issue table, or Next Issue to continue reviewing individual issues.Β
π Bulk Issue Actions
You can take action on multiple issues at once directly from the Issues table.
Use the checkboxes on the left side to select one or more issues.Β
Once selected, select an action from the available options
This allows you to quickly manage multiple issues without reviewing them one at a time.
π‘ Tip: Use bulk actions when multiple issues require the same outcome, such as sending several unanswered questions back for correction.
π Sending Issues for Correction
Send one or multiple issues back to the technician for updates.
- Click an issue to open the issue detail table
- Click Suggest Correction on an individual issueΒ
- A Manager Note field will appear (optional)
- Click Close to return to the issue table or Next Issue
- Repeat this step for all issues that require correction
- Once completed, click Send for Correction at the top of the page
- In the review screen:
- Confirm the selected issues
- Optionally add an Overall Inspection Note for the technician
- Click Send for Correction to return the inspection to the technician
Once sent for correction, the technician will receive an email notification. On the mobile app, the inspection reappears on their Scheduled tab, and the inspection will display a Correction Needed status along with the number of issues.Β
β Completing the Review Process
Once all issues have been reviewed, click Complete Review Process at the top of the screen.Β
Optionally update the Inspection Status (e.g., Completed, Ready for Invoice), then click Complete
After completing the review, the AI review actions are locked and the inspection is considered finalized.Β
If the technician resubmits the inspection later, review actions will become available again.
π‘ Best Practices for Reviewing Inspections
- Validate before dismissing β AI suggestions should always be reviewed, not automatically accepted or dismissed
- Provide clear notes when sending corrections to reduce back-and-forth
- Focus on high-impact issues first to prioritize critical updates
- Use filters and display options to reduce noise and streamline review
