📌 Introduction
The Inspection Assistant Review screen provides a centralized location for backend users to review inspections that have been processed by the AI Inspection Assistant.
When technicians submit inspections through the AI review process in the field, those inspections appear in this queue so backend users can review any issues identified by the AI.
This screen helps teams quickly locate inspections requiring attention and organize their review workflow.
🔎 How to Access the Inspection Assistant Review Screen
There are two ways to access the Inspection Assistant Review screen.
From the Dashboard
The Inspection Assistant widget on the main dashboard displays the total number of inspections that have been submitted to AI and require backend review.
Click the widget to access the review screen.
IMPORTANT:
- The number reflects the all-time total inspections needing review
- It does not represent inspections from a specific time period
- Once inside the review screen, you can apply filters to narrow results
From the Navigation Menu
You can also access the review screen directly from the navigation bar.
To do this, click the ellipsis (⋯) next to the Inspections tab, then select Inspection Assistant. This will open the Inspection Assistant Review screen.
🖥 Inspection Assistant Review Screen Overview
The Inspection Assistant Review screen displays all inspections that have been submitted through the AI Inspection Assistant that are available for backend review.
The review screen includes:
- Inspection Assistant status counters
- Filtering options
- A configurable inspection table
At a glance, users will see their review queue automatically categorized helping teams efficiently locate inspections that require review.
IMPORTANT:
This screen does not display inspections that have completed the review process via the Inspection Assistant tab on the Inspection Detail Screen.
📊 Inspection Assistant Status Counters
At the top of the screen you will see inspection counts grouped by review status.
These counters help you quickly understand the state of inspections in the review queue.
- Not Started — Inspections that have been submitted through the AI Inspection Assistant but have not yet been reviewed by a backend user.
- In Progress — Inspections that are currently being reviewed. This status typically indicates that a user has opened the inspection and begun reviewing flagged issues.
- Sent for Correction — Inspections that were returned to the technician for updates after backend review. Once technicians make corrections and resubmit the inspection, it will reappear in the review queue.
⬇️ Filters
The review screen includes filtering tools that allow you to narrow the list of inspections by specific criteria.
Available Filters:
- Date Range
- Frequency
- Building
- Technician
- Inspection Date
- Assets
- Territory
Filters are sticky, meaning they remain active each time you visit the page. To clear filters, click Reset.
📋 Inspection Table
The table lists all inspections that have been submitted through the AI Inspection Assistant.
Each row represents an inspection that has been processed by the AI and is available for backend review.
⚙️ Configuring Table Columns
Users can configure which columns appear in the inspection table. This allows teams to tailor the review screen to display the information most relevant to their workflow.
To do so:
- Click the three vertical dots next to any of the column headers
- Make your selection
- Check item to display on table
- Uncheck items to hide from table
- Once finished, click Apply
✅ Bulk Actions: Marking Inspections as Complete
You can mark multiple inspections as complete directly from the Inspection Assistant Review screen, allowing you to quickly process reviewed inspections in bulk.
To do this:
- Use the checkboxes on the left side of the table to select one or more inspections
- (Optional) Use the select all checkbox in the table header to select all visible inspections
- Click Mark as Complete in the action bar above the table
- In the confirmation window:
- Review the selected inspections
- Optionally choose a final Inspection Status
- Click Complete All to finalize
What Happens Next?
- All remaining unresolved issues for the selected inspections will be dismissed
- Each inspection will be marked as reviewed (complete)
- The table will refresh and your selection will be cleared
💡 Tip
Use bulk completion when inspections have already been reviewed and no further corrections are needed. This is especially helpful when working through large batches of inspections.

This will open the Inspection Detail screen where you can review any issues flagged by the AI.
