The latest version of Joint Commission reporting (V3) unlocks enhanced report formatting, improved workflows, and access to the Joint Commission Report Settings page.
If you are not yet on V3, the settings will be unavailable until you upgrade.
๐ How to Access the Upgrade Screen
- Navigate to the Settings page in the backend
- Go to Inspections โ Joint Commission Report Settings
If you are not yet on V3, you will see an upgrade message at the top of the page and the settings below will appear greyed out.
โ ๏ธ What the Upgrade Message Means
If you see the message indicating that you are using an outdated version of Joint Commission reporting, this means:
- Your account is not yet using Joint Commission V3
- The new Joint Commission Report Settings are disabled
- You must upgrade to access the latest reporting features and configuration options
โ How to Upgrade to Joint Commission V3
- From the upgrade message on the Joint Commission Settings page, click Upgrade to Latest Version Now
- Confirm the upgrade when prompted
Once the upgrade is complete:
- Your account will be moved to Joint Commission V3
- The upgrade message will be removed
- All Joint Commission Report Settings will become available

After upgrading, you can configure your Joint Commission reporting preferences by navigating to:
Settings โ Inspections โ Joint Commission Report Settings
From there, you'll have full access to the new report structure, content, visibility, legacy standards, and custom text options.
