The AI Inspection Assistant Settings page allows administrators to control how the AI reviews inspections and which technicians have access to AI assistance.
From this page, you can:
- Configure which types of issues the AI will flag during inspection review
- Manage which technicians the AI Inspection Assistant is available for
- Control how and when the AI Inspection Assistant runs using workflow settings
In addition to configuring issue types and user access, you can also control how and when the AI Inspection Assistant runs using workflow settings.
Workflows determine:
- When AI is triggered during the inspection process
- Whether results are visible to technicians, the office, or both
- How inspections move between technicians and office review
These settings give you flexibility to tailor AI behavior to your workflows and roll out AI access at your own pace.
