How to mark an alarm device inactive in the backend

From the Building Detail screen, click the Alarm Systems tab

>>> You will now see all the Alarm Systems listed on the building

Click Alarm Devices

>>> You will now see a full list of the devices currently associated with the fire alarm system

Locate the fire alarm device you'd like to mark inactive and click Edit

>>> You will notice a blue checkbox. This means the device is active

Click the checkbox to remove the checkmark

Click Update

>>>You will be redirected back to the alarm device listing screen

Repeat the process outlined above until all inactive devices are set

NOTE: Marking a device inactive will not delete it from Inspect Point. All inactive alarm devices remain listed in the alarm device list but will not be sent to the iPad until activated again.
