To Add A Contact
Tap the inspection or service visit, followed by the + icon to the right of Contacts
Fill in the contact's information accordingly and tap Create
You will now see the contact at the contact level
To Edit A Contact
Start on the inspection or service visit, then tap on the name of the contact that needs editing
A pop-up will appear with any existing information, tap Edit
Make any necessary adjustments, then tap Save
