Navigate to: Analytics Reports tab โ Dashboard section โ Invoice Insights
๐ Filtering Options
At the top of the dashboard, apply filters to tailor your reporting. You can filter by:
- Account
- Building
- Category
- Territory
- Issue Date
- Technician
- Technician Team
These filters help you zero in on specific customers, locations, teams, or timeframes.
๐ฐ Total Invoiced
See the total dollar amount invoiced within your selected date range. This tile also shows the number of invoices issued, and the average invoice amount. Great for understanding billing volume and overall revenue performance.
๐งพ Total Due
Quickly see how much money remains unpaid across all invoices in the selected date range. Use this to stay proactive with collections and follow-ups.
๐ฅ Outstanding Customers
A detailed list of customers with unpaid balances, including the amount owed. This helps you immediately identify accounts requiring attention.
๐ Invoice Issue History
A monthly breakdown of invoice activity. Visualize the total invoiced amounts vs. the average invoice amounts. Use this trend view to spot seasonal patterns or fluctuations in billing activity.
๐งโ๐ง Invoice History by Technician
This section displays the total invoiced amount based on the technician who completed the job, not the user who actually created the invoice. This section is attributed to the technician who performed the work tied to that invoice.
Example:
If Jon completes two inspections in OctoberโInspection A for $1,000 and Inspection B for $500โand Debbie later converts both inspections into invoices in the backend, the Invoice History by Technician section will show $1,500 attributed to Jon, since he completed the work associated with those jobs.
๐ต Paid Invoice History
Displays when payments were recorded and the total paid each month, giving you insight into cash flow timing and performance.
