📊 Proposal Insights Dashboard

The Proposal Insights Dashboard gives you an overview of proposal activity, performance, and trends across your organization.

To access the dashboard:

Go to Backend → Analytics → Dashboards → Proposal Insights.

Here, you can apply filters and view key proposal metrics such as approval rates, average approval times, and dollar amounts approved.

🔍 Filtering Options

Use the filters at the top of the dashboard to narrow down your results by:

• Account
• Territory
• User
• Type
• Date Range or Period

Once your filters are set, click Filter to update the dashboard.

📈 Dashboard Metrics

• Total Approved – Number of proposals approved within the selected time frame.
• Average Approval Time – The average amount of time between when a proposal is issued and when it’s approved.
• Proposals by Status – A percentage breakdown of proposals by their current status (e.g., sent, accepted, declined).
• United States Dollar Amount per Status – Total dollar amounts grouped by proposal status.
• Status by User – Displays proposal activity by user, showing a breakdown of the statuses.
• United States Dollar Amount Approved by User – Total value of proposals approved, grouped by user.
