๐ Work Order Review
When a technician submits a Work Order, the Visit Status will change to Complete, and the Work Order Status will update to either Waiting for Review or Follow-Up Required.
๐งพ Review the Work Order
- Navigate to the Work Order Detail screen
- Either from the Service section of the dashboard โ Click Waiting for Review then select the WO# from the list
- Click the WO# to open the Work Order Detail screen
- Review the details of the Work Order
- Youโll see three tabs at the top of the screen:
- Details โ Displays all key job information, including Work Completed, Materials/Services/Line Items, Problem Description, Service Description, and Time Entries
- Activity โ Logs all status changes, updates, and timestamps, along with who made each change. This provides a full audit trail of the Work Order
- Photos โ Shows any photos captured by the technician during the visit
- Youโll see three tabs at the top of the screen:
If the Work Order does not require a follow-up, youโll need to close it to generate the Service Report.
โ Close the Work Order
- From the Work Order Detail screen, select Update Status.
- Choose Closed from the status dropdown.
A confirmation message will appear โ select Yes to confirm.
You can always change the status later if needed.
- Once saved, a Download option will appear in the upper right corner.
- Click Download to view or save the Service Report.
โ๏ธ Close Multiple Work Orders at Once
You can also close several Work Orders from the main Work Orders tab:
- Use the checkboxes on the left to select one or more Work Orders.
- Click Update Status.
- Select Closed, then click Update.
- Once closed, click into any of those Work Orders to access the Download option on the detail screen.
