Feature Overview: Simpro Integration

Overview

The Simpro integration connects your Simpro Jobs with Inspect Point to streamline your inspection workflow. When enabled, Simpro Jobs can automatically create an Account, Building, and Inspection in Inspect Point.

Once the inspection is completed in the field, a report is automatically generated and—based on your settings—can be attached directly to the corresponding Simpro Job, Site, or Quote.

You can also choose to automatically:

• Create a Simpro Quote when deficiencies are found
• Attach inspection reports to Quotes and Sites
• Keep records synced as job details update

How It Works

1. In Simpro: Create a Service Job, add required fields, schedule techs, tag Inspect Point Job Pending.
2. Sync: Inspect Point auto-creates Account, Building, Inspection (status: Pending).
3. In Inspect Point (admin): Select systems/devices → set status to Scheduled.
4. Tech starts in Simpro Mobile → Notes → tap link to open the inspection in Inspect Point Mobile.
5. Tech completes inspection in Inspect Point → Send to Office (report generated; status Completed if enabled).
6. Tech returns to Simpro Mobile → Review and Finish job.
7. Inspection status in Inspect Point should automatically change to Completed and a report is automatically generated. 
8. Integration attaches the report to Simpro Job and/or Site.
9. Auto-create Simpro Quote (optional and depends on settings and plan). 
10. Service the Quote and Close Deficiencies (optional and depends on settings and plan).
