When we refer to your web application, or backend, instance of Inspect Point, we mean the web-based portion of Inspect Point. Here is where you create buildings, contacts, technicians, manage technician accounts, create and schedule inspections, and generate reports of inspections for your clients.
Your backend is accessed via a web browser (i.e Chrome or Safari), and is password protected.
Information living in your web application/backend is safe, secure, and easily editable. When using the backend of Inspect Point, you may notice that any blue item or link can typically be clicked. For example, to edit a building, while in the building listing screen, you can click the name of a building, go to the building detail view, edit the information you need, and hit "save."
For more information about the web application portion of Inspect Point, please refer to the additional questions and information listed in the Web Application/Backend category.
