Now that all the users are added, and your company settings have been entered, it’s time to create a building:
Building Import- There is a downloadable template at the end of this article. If you chose to do an import, please fill out the template and send the file back to me
Create an Account- This feature allows you to group together buildings by Account, ie a property management company
- From the Accounts tab, select the + New Account option
- Fill in the Account information accordingly and save - Please note that Name is the only information required to move forward, the rest if optional
Create a Test Building
- From the Buildings tab on the left sidebar, select + New Building
- Fill in the Info and Address fields, then hit Next
- Add the inspection items (i.e. systems, assets, backflows, alarm systems etc.) by selecting New, choosing from the corresponding dropdown (if applicable) and entering a name
- When you’ve added the items, Save
Building Detail Screen- Once you’ve created a building, you will be redirected to the Building Detail Screen. From here, you can navigate through the various tabs to add/edit building details, such as adding backflow details, alarm devices, or leaving a message for the technician to see in the field via the Tech Messages tab.

Alarm - Alarm System Info. / Adding Alarm Devices
Fire Extinguishers / Exit Signs
