The "Payment History" page in your Inspect Point portal allows you to see important details about all of your transactions.
At the top of this screen, you can see key data points including total number of transactions, and dollar amount processed.
You can see a list of payments in your system, as well as their statuses.
You can click into the transaction to see other details about the customer, the transaction, associated fees, and more.
Common actions on this page include:
- Downloading a receipt
- Downloading the transaction detail report
- Clicking into a specific transaction to cancel, refund or void it, or see transaction details
