📋 Accounts Listing Screen Overview
The Accounts Listing Screen, accessed from the Accounts tab in the navigation bar, is the primary location for locating and managing accounts within Inspect Point.
An Account represents the customer or parent organization in Inspect Point. For example, a property management company would be set up as an Account, with each of the different locations it manages set up as separate Buildings under that Account.
This screen provides a centralized view of all accounts in your Inspect Point instance. From here, users can search, filter, and open account records to view and manage their associated buildings and other details.
By bringing all relevant data into one place, your team can:
- Quickly locate an account by name
- See how many buildings are associated with each account at a glance
- Reduce time spent navigating to find the right customer record
