Examples:
- Which inspections are overdue?
- Show me buildings assigned to Territory A.
- How many deficiencies were created this month?
- Find inspections completed last week.
Inspect Point Assistant understands natural language, so you can ask questions the same way you would ask a coworker.
📚 Use the Prompt Library
Not sure what to ask? Open the Prompt Library to browse pre-built prompts.
The Prompt Library contains commonly used questions and actions that can help you get started quickly.
Some prompts may include fields for additional information, such as:
- Building Name
- Territory
- Date Range
- Technician Name
Simply fill in the requested information and select Use Prompt to send the request.
💬 Continue the Conversation
You can ask follow-up questions without starting over.
For example:
- You: Show me overdue inspections.
- IPA: Displays overdue inspections.
- You: Which technician has the most?
Inspect Point Assistant will use the context of the previous conversation to understand your follow-up questions.
💡 Tips for Best Results
Use clear, specific requests whenever possible.
Good examples:
- Show me inspections due this week.
- Find unresolved deficiencies at ABC Building.
- List service visits scheduled for tomorrow.
Less specific examples:
- Show me stuff.
- What's going on?
The more context you provide, the more accurate Inspect Point Assistant's response will be.
