Inspect Point Assistant (IPA) access is managed at the tenant level and can be configured by admin users once the feature has been enabled for your account by Inspect Point.
🤖 Accessing Inspect Point Assistant Settings
To manage Inspect Point Assistant access, navigate to:
Backend Settings → Artificial Intelligence → Inspect Point Assistant Settings
From this page, you can view the current status of Inspect Point Assistant and manage which backend users have access to the feature.
👥 Managing User Access
The User Access section displays all users who currently have access to Inspect Point Assistant, including their name, email address, and role.
The User Access section displays the total number of users currently enabled for Inspect Point Assistant.
To add or remove users:
- Click Edit
- Search for users by name or email, or browse the available user list
- Select the users who should have access to Inspect Point Assistant
- Click Add Users
⚠️ Important Notes
- Changes take effect immediately after saving.
- Users removed from the User Access list will immediately lose access to Inspect Point Assistant.
- If Inspect Point Assistant is disabled, the User Access section will be unavailable until the feature is re-enabled.
- If your account has reached its maximum number of allowed IPA users, additional users cannot be added until access is removed from existing users.
