Before Service Reports can be published to the Customer Portal, the Customer Portal must be enabled in your backend settings. Once enabled, users can publish service reports manually or set them to publish automatically.
This article walks through how to manually publish Service Reports to the Customer Portal, including where publishing options appear and how to publish reports individually or in bulk.

📤 Publishing Service Reports to the Customer Portal
Before a service report can be published to the Customer Portal, the work order must be closed — closing the work order is what generates the service report.

📄 How to Publish an Individual Service Report
Navigate to the Work Orders tab.
Locate the work order and click the Work Order Number to open it.
On the Work Order Details screen, find the Customer Portal Status section.
Select Publish.
Once selected, the service report is immediately published to the Customer Portal. You’ll see a green success banner at the top of the screen.
📦 How to Bulk Publish Service Reports
Go to the Work Orders tab.
Apply any filters you’d like (Date, Building, Tech, Status, etc.).
Use the checkboxes on the left-hand side to select the work orders you want to publish.
Click Publish to Customer Portal above the table.
Confirm your selection.
Once confirmed, all selected service reports will immediately be published to the Customer Portal.
