Select the work order from the Scheduled tab - You will know it's selected because it's highlighted grey, and the building information and problem description is displaying on the right
Once highlighted, tap Service to begin
You will now see any information that was added when the work order was created, ie descriptions, materials ...
To record the materials used, select the + icon
You will be directed to the materials list that is uploaded in the backend of your instance
Tap the material(s) used so there is a blue checkmark on the item
If the quantity is higher than 1, select the Qty box and adjust accordingly
Once all materials have been added, tap Done
Tip: Utilize the search bar and type (top right) options to filter through the available materials
You also have the option to add additional items that were used, or that you need to keep track of, by tapping the + icon on Service Items
Proposed Corrections are preset in the backend of your instance
To document the work performed, tap the + icon on the corresponding field, add the information, and save
Select the Time Entry option to add the rate and time stamps - Save when finished
Tap Review and Complete for an overview of the items
Collect signatures if needed
When the work order is finished, complete the visit, and add a follow up if needed > complete visit
The work order will move to the Completed tab with a time stamp to indicate it was submitted
