How to create deficiency resolution statuses

From the Dashboard, click the drop-down arrow in the upper right corner of the screen

Then select from the drop-down Resolution Statuses

>>> You will now see any resolution statuses you have already created

Click +New Deficiency Resolution Status in the upper right of the screen

Add the resolution status text and click Save when done

>>> You will automatically be redirected back to the Deficiency Resolution Status listing screen

Repeat the process outlined above to add additional deficiency resolution statuses

>>>Please note: in order to for technicians to see these status options on their iPad, they must log out of the Inspect Point app, and log back in to sync their iPad with these backend changes.
