Status Notifications allows you to set up email notifications for inspection statuses. Please note that this feature is not enabled by default, but you can reach out to Support or your Customer Success Manager to enabled it.
How to Setup Status Notifications
From the Settings menu, select the Status Notifications option under the Company category
Select + New Notification
Enter the email address where you'd like to receive the notification, along with the inspection status you'd like to be notified for and Save
Once saved, you will be redirected to the Inspection Status Notification screen
Continue adding the status notifications as needed
