π Overview
Inspect Point now integrates with Dyne Fire Protection Labs, making it easier to manage your sprinkler head sampling and testing submissions directly from the platform.
Under NFPA 25 standards, sprinkler heads must be sent for third-party testing at 10, 20, 25, and 50-year service intervals. Dyne specializes in this testing, and our integration allows users to order kits and electronically submit a sprinkler testing form directly from a Building in Inspect Point.
π₯ Who This Is For
Backend users who need to submit sprinkler head sampling and testing requests to Dyne from within Inspect Point.
β What You Can Do
From the Sprinkler Head Sampling tab on any Building, you can:
- Submit Sprinkler Head Samples: Fill out and submit a testing form to Dyne directly from Inspect Point. Your company information pre-fills from your account settings, reducing duplicate data entry. Once submitted, Inspect Point keeps a record of the submission on the building.
- Order Kits: Request Standard, Small Dry, or Large Dry kits from Dyne without leaving Inspect Point.
π¬ What to Expect After Submitting
- Inspect Point sends your submission details to Dyne electronically.
- Dyne processes the request and sends your test results to the contact specified on your submission form.
- Your submission is logged in Inspect Point so you have a record of what was sent and when.
- Results do not automatically appear in Inspect Point, you can manually attach them to the building once received.
