Before you can submit any sprinkler head sampling forms to Dyne, the integration must be enabled for your company. Once enabled, you will see the Sprinkler Head Sampling tab the building detail screen.

📋 How to Submit a Sprinkler Head Sampling Form
Inspect Point prepares your submission details and sends them to Dyne Fire Protection Labs via email, keeping a record of the submission on the building.
Before you begin, make sure you have your sample counts, box tracking info, and the locations/areas being sampled ready.
Step 1 - Open the Building
Navigate to the building you are working on and click the Sprinkler Head Sampling tab.
Step 2 - Start a New Submission
Click the + New Submission option to begin the process.
Step 3 - Enter the Submission Details
Begin to fill out the details of the submission:
- Packaging Type: Customer-Supplied Box or Dyne Kit
- Kit Number: For customer-Supplied boxes, if you don't have a kit number, select the 'Generate one now' option and Inspect Point will auto-populate one for you

Job Information:
- Samples Taken By
- Cell/Email
- Job Name
- Building Address: Pre-fills from the building you are working on and cannot be edited

Sample Information:
- Sample Area
- Environment Type - Standard, Harsh Environment, or Dwelling Unit
- Total Number of Samples
- Box Tracking (e.g., "1 of 1")
- Sprinkler Location - If more than one location is needed, select the + icon to add additional sprinkler locations.
- When completed, click Next.
Step 4 - Enter Shipping & Billing Information
Fill out the second section of the form:
- Priority: Standard or Rush (additional charge)
- Send Results To: This pre-fills from your Company Settings and can be edited as needed.
- Physical System Tag: If selected, Dyne will mail a physical system tag if the job passes.
- Send Bill To: By default, the Same as shipping toggle is enabled. If billing differs from shipping, uncheck the toggle and enter the billing information separately.

Step 5 - Submit
Once all required fields are complete, click Submit.
A confirmation pop-up will appear with your submission details, click Confirm to complete your submission.
📬 What Happens After You Submit?
Once you confirm your submission, Inspect Point electronically sends your sprinkler head sample details directly to Dyne Fire Protection Labs.
You will receive a confirmation email from Inspect Point indicating that your submission has been successfully sent to Dyne. This email includes a link to view the submitted form.
What Happens Next?
Dyne processes your request on their end.
Test results are sent directly to the contact specified on your submission form.
Inspect Point keeps a record of the submission in the building.
⚠️ Important: Results do not automatically appear in Inspect Point at this time. Once you receive the results from Dyne, you can manually attach them to the building record.
📂 Viewing Your Submission History
All submissions are logged under the building’s Sprinkler Head Sampling tab.
Here you can view past submissions, track what was sent and when, and click the Kit Number to open the submission form that was sent to Dyne.
This ensures you always have a clear record of your sprinkler head sampling activity.
