How to Order Sprinkler Head Sampling Kits – Dyne Integration

If you need sprinkler head sampling kits for testing, you can place your order directly from within Inspect Point using the Dyne integration.

📦 How to Order Sprinkler Head Sampling Kits

This feature allows backend users to submit kit orders to Dyne Fire Protection Labs without leaving the platform.

Step 1 - Open the Building

Navigate to the building you are working on and click the Sprinkler Head Sampling tab.

Step 2 - Start a New Order

Click the Order Kits option to begin the order process.

Step 3 - Enter the Order Details

Complete the kit order form:

• Contact Information: This pre-fills from your Company Settings and can be edited as needed.
• Kit Information: Enter the number of kits needed for each kit type (Standard, Small Dry, Large Dry).
• Purchase Order (Optional): Enter a PO number if required for your internal billing process.

Step 4 - Submit the Order

Click Order to complete the process.

🚚 What Happens After Your Order Has Been Placed?

Once the kits have been ordered:

• You will receive an email confirmation with the order details.
• Inspect Point sends the order details to Dyne.
• Dyne ships the kits directly to the address entered on the form.
