Once Multi-Timezones is enabled for your account, you can add additional timezones to make scheduling and calendar views easier for your team.
Adding additional timezones limits the timezone options shown throughout the backend to only those that are relevant to your organization.

🧭 What Are Additional Timezones?
Your tenant has a default timezone, which remains unchanged.
Additional timezones:
- Appear in timezone selection menus across the backend
- Are available when scheduling visits and viewing calendars
- Help teams working across regions quickly select the correct timezone
🛠️ How to Add Additional Timezones
To add additional timezones:
- Go to Backend → Settings → Company Settings
- Locate your Default Timezone
- Click Add Additional Timezones
- Check the timezones your team needs
- Click Add Timezones
- When finished, click Update to save your changes
✅ What Happens After Adding Timezones
Once added, these timezones will be available:
- When scheduling inspections and work orders
- In the Schedule modal
- On the Calendar and Schedule & Dispatch views
- As selectable views for backend users (based on permissions)
Your default timezone remains the same and is not affected.
📝 Important Notes
- You can add or remove additional timezones at any time
- These settings apply to the backend only
- If you do not see the option to add additional timezones, contact your Customer Success Manager (CSM) to have Timezone Management enabled
