This article walks through how to manually publish Inspection Reports to the Customer Portal, including where publishing options appear and how to publish reports individually or in bulk.
If Automatic Publish is not enabled, inspection reports must be published manually to the Customer Portal.
Inspection Reports can be published from:
- The Inspection Reports tab
- A Building’s Reports tab
- The bottom of an Inspection Details screen

📝 How to Publish an Individual Inspection Report
Locate the inspection report you’d like to publish.
Click the ellipsis (⋯) to the right of the report.
Select Edit Details.

In the Report Details pop-up:
(Optional) Add a Display Name
Check Publish to Customer Portal
Click Update.
Once saved, the report will be immediately published to the Customer Portal.
📦 How to Bulk Publish Inspection Reports
Bulk publishing is helpful when publishing multiple reports at once.
Go to the Inspection Reports tab.
Apply any filters you’d like (Inspection Date, Building, Report Type, etc.).

Select reports using the checkboxes on the left.
Use Select All to select all visible results.
To select all filtered results across all pages, click Select all (X) records entirely.
Click Publish to Customer Portal at the top of the screen.
Confirm the action when the pop-up appears.
Once confirmed, all selected inspection reports will immediately be published to the Customer Portal.
