Inspection Assistant - Enhanced Notes

✨ Using Enhance Note 

Within Inspect Point's AI Inspection Assistant is an Enhanced Notes tool. This tool allows you to refine notes — ensuring your comments are clear, professional, and easy for the office to review.

When adding notes in the field, technicians can choose to Enhance Notes and the AI will:

• Fix grammar and spelling errors
• Reword unclear phrasing
• Suggest polished, professional alternatives

The Enhance Note option helps you quickly improve your deficiency notes while completing an inspection.

Using Enhance Note is optional — you can always keep your note exactly as you wrote it.

Steps: 

1. While completing an inspection, tap Details to add notes.
2. Once you’ve added a note, tap Enhance Note.
   • The AI will begin processing — you’ll see a brief message indicating it’s “thinking.”
3. Once ready, the enhanced note suggestion will appear. You can:
   • Accept – Replace your note with the improved version
   • Retry – Generate a new suggestion
   • Cancel – Keep your original note as written
4. When you’re satisfied with your note, tap Save and continue with your inspection.
