Use Case
In Real Time Alarm Device management, handling if BOTH technicians are in Bulk Inspect Quick Mode at the same time, follows a "most recent action wins" priority.
This handling is designed for situations where multiple technicians inspecting items simultaneously using this feature could potentially create
conflicts.
Key Behavior
When both technicians are in Quick Mode at the same time, the latest technician to act will take precedence over the previous action. This ensures that the system always reflects the most up-to-date inspection input.
Items are dynamically updated on the technician’s list based on inspection status, reducing the risk of redundant work.
Expected Workflow
Technicians would still apply a "Not Tested" filter in Bulk Inspect Quick Mode to focus only on pending items, therefore not applying answers to already tested devices, potentially conflicting with other technicians answers.
As items are inspected, they will be removed from the Not Tested display, updating in real time, promoting clarity and workflow efficiency.
