How to generate a report with deficiency resolution information

Once a deficiency is resolved, an updated inspection report can be generated to reflect updated/resolved deficiencies. To do this, follow the steps outlined below: 

From the Inspect Detail Screen, select Full Report from the Generate Report dropdown menu. 

The following message will appear letting you know the report is being generated:

Generated reports are located under the Inspection Reports tab on the Navigation Bar and the Reports tab on the Account/Building. View the report and scroll to the deficiency section to see the resolution information.
