Once a report has been generated, you have the option to send the report directly to a contact - if an email is attached to the contact that's associated with the building
To do this, start on the Reports Listing screen
Use the search bar to locate the building you'd like to send a report to.
Once located, click 'Send to Contact' on the report you'd like to send.
Your email client will now open displaying a default email and a link to a pdf (non-editable) version of the final report.
Hit send in your email client and the email will be sent to the contact
>>> PLEASE NOTE: Since your email client is used to send the email, all company branding (such as signature) will appear. You are also able to edit the default email text prior to sending the email
