Barcode Scan Not Opening Camera on iOS (Socket Mobile Conflict)

Symptom

A technician taps the barcode scan button on iPhone but the camera never opens.

Cause

Socket Mobile scanner integration is enabled, routing scans to hardware instead of the camera.

Resolution

1. Open Inspect Point app settings.
2. Find the Socket Mobile or Scanner setting.
3. Disable it if not using a Socket Mobile device.
4. Retry scan — camera should open normally.
