👤 Registering for the Customer Portal
The Customer Portal is a secure, web-based portal that allows customers to access information related to the work their service provider performs for them — all in one convenient location.
From a single login, customers can:
- View inspection reports, service reports, proposals, and invoices
- Access building information and upcoming visits
- Download inspection and service reports
- Contact their service provider directly using the Contact Us option
If your service provider has invited you to the Customer Portal, you will receive an email invitation with a registration link. The steps below explain how to create your account and access the portal.
This article explains how to accept your invitation, create your account, and log in to the portal.
✉️ Step 1: Receive Your Portal Invitation
When your service provider invites you to the Customer Portal, you will receive an email similar to the example below. The email will include a registration link that allows you to create your portal account.
Click the registration link in the email to begin setting up your account.
🔐 Step 2: Create Your Password
After clicking the invitation link, you will be brought to the registration page where you will create your portal login.
Complete the following steps:
- Enter a new password
- Confirm the password
- Check the box confirming you accept the Terms of Service
- Click Register
Once registration is complete, your account will be created.
Once registered, you will receive a confirmation email.
✅ Step 3: Access the Customer Portal
After registering, you will be automatically taken to the Customer Portal dashboard.
From here you can items that have been published for you to view.
🔑 Logging In Later
Once your account is created, you can return to the portal anytime using your provider's portal link:
https://subdomain.inspectpoint.com/portal
The subdomain used is your provider's, please reach out to them for this information if needed.
Use the following credentials to log in:
- Email: The email address that received the invitation
- Password: The password you created during registration
