Training Schedule & Registration

Our live customer training sessions follow a recurring monthly schedule designed to support Inspect Point users at every stage — whether you're new to Inspect Point or just looking for a refresher.

Sessions repeat each month, so you can join at any time. There's no required order — attend the topics that are most relevant to your role and workflows. 

All sessions are hosted live via Zoom Webinar and are recorded for later viewing.

1st Monday of the Month 

Topic: Inspection Series

Time: 11:00AM ET 

Description: Join us as a member of the Inspect Point team deep dives into Inspection Series, covering basic setup, core workflows and best practices.

1st Wednesday of the Month 

Topic: Reporting

Time: 11:00AM ET

Description: Join us as a member of the Inspect Point team walks through Reporting, covering how to generate reports for inspections and service visits, edit and customize report details, send reports to customers, publish to the Customer Portal, and configure report settings for your account.

2nd Monday of the Month 

Topic: Deficiencies

Time: 11:00AM ET 

Description: This session covers how deficiencies are created during inspections, reviewed and linked to proposals, then converted into service work or an invoice.

2nd Wednesday of the Month 

Topic: Invoices

Time: 11:00AM ET 

Description: Deep dive into invoicing. Covering how to generate invoices from inspections or service work, review and edit invoice details, apply settings, and manage the invoicing workflow from creation through delivery.

3rd Monday of the Month 

Topic: Proposals

Time: 11:00AM ET 

Description: Learn how to generate proposals from deficiencies, customize details, manage approvals, and convert to actionable work.

3rd Wednesday of the Month 

Topic: Work Orders

Time: 11:00AM ET 

Description: Explore how to create, assign, and manage work orders to ensure service work is properly documented and completed.

4th Monday of the Month 

Topic: Product & Workflow Spotlight

Time: 11:00AM ET 

Description: A focused session highlighting a featured product area or workflow, selected based on trends, feedback, and common use cases.

4th Wednesday of the Month 

Topic: New Features

Time: 11:00AM ET 

Description: Stay up to date with recent releases and enhancements. We'll walk through what's new, how it works, and how to apply it to your workflows.
