Time Entries on an Specific Inspection or Work Order
On a specific inspection or work order, there is a “Time Entries” section which displays all tracked time on an inspection. You can see the time entry ID, technician name, rate type, activity type, start date/time, end date/time, and duration.
You can click the pencil icon to edit a time entry, or the trash icon to delete.
In addition, you can add a new time entry to the inspection/work order, or export a .CSV that includes all time entries on that inspection/work order.
Viewing All Time Entries
In your menu, there is a “Time Entries” listing screen that displays all time entries, from all techs, on all jobs.
You can filter by technician, technician team, visit type, building or date range.
You can also edit or delete a specific time entry by clicking the pencil icon.
Exporting Time Entries
You can export a .CSV that includes all time entries on that inspection/work order. Click the top blue checkbox to select all entries on that page, or check off the individual time entries you’d like to export, then click “Export CSV.”
Select the time entries you’d like to export by checking off the box, then click “Export CSV.”
